Third Harmonic is an AI product consultancy founded by Ras Fernando. We work with organisations that know they need AI but aren't sure how to get from ambition to something that actually works in production.
The name comes from acoustics. The third harmonic is the frequency that gives a sound its distinctive character. It's not the fundamental, and it's not noise. It's the thing that makes the signal worth listening to. That's what we do for organisations: find the signal in the noise of AI possibilities and amplify what matters.
Before founding Third Harmonic, Ras spent years leading product and delivery across fintech, professional services, and government building and shipping products at scale. That experience means we don't just advise. We embed. We lead. We ship.
